Jennifer Funn
Jennifer is a dedicated Support Coordinator with a background in education, psychology, and person-centered advocacy. She earned her undergraduate degree in Social Sciences with a concentration in Psychology and later completed her Master’s degree in Elementary Education: Instruction and Curriculum after raising her children—a journey that reflects her commitment to growth, perseverance, and serving others.
With a passion for supporting individuals in achieving meaningful and fulfilling lives, Jennifer brings a relationship-focused approach grounded in trust, respect, and understanding. She believes every person deserves to feel heard, valued, and empowered, and she is committed to helping individuals navigate challenges, build confidence, and move toward their personal goals with dignity and encouragement.
Jennifer’s professional philosophy centers on meeting people where they are, recognizing their strengths, and walking alongside them as they create opportunities and overcome obstacles. She values authentic connection and believes that meaningful support begins with listening and building lasting relationships.
Outside of her professional role, Jennifer prioritizes fitness, wellness, and maintaining balance in life. In her spare time, she enjoys practicing yoga, going for really slow runs, biking, paddle boarding, and reading (a lot). She believes that maintaining balance and caring for both mind and body allows her to bring energy, perspective, and presence to the people she supports.
“Helping people feel supported, empowered, and understood is at the heart of everything I do.”
