Support Coordination You Can Trust
Helping individuals with disabilities and their families navigate Utah’s Home and Community-Based Waiver services with clarity, advocacy, and respect.
TRU Advocacy provides independent support coordination focused on informed choice, person-centered planning, and real-life solutions.
What is Support Coordination?
Support coordination helps individuals with disabilities and their families understand, access, and manage Home and Community-Based Waiver services.

A support coordinator works alongside the individual and their support team to develop person-centered plans, coordinate providers, monitor services, advocate for needs, and ensure services align with state requirements — while always honoring informed choice.
At TRU Advocacy, our role goes beyond paperwork. We build relationships, ask hard questions when needed, and help families make informed decisions that support safety, independence, and quality of life.

I am so grateful for TRU Advocacy and how they have helped my daughter. Whenever there has been an issue, TRU has acted swiftly on our behalf to advocate for our best interest, whether with how a provider was giving care or obtaining more funding from DSPD. I highly recommend TRU Advocacy!
